Welcome to 1070 (Diss) Sqn

Our squadron has been up and running since the early 1950's and we are still going strong! As members of the Air Training Corps, our cadets get the chance to take part in some of most fantastic experiences for young people around;

Soaring above the countryside in both powered aircraft and gliders; pushing themselves to the limit in exciting adventure training and field craft exercises; spending action packed weeks away at RAF bases on summer camp; honing their shooting skills on the range as well as competing in sporting, music and aircraft recognition competitions, to name but a few.
